Description
SP7000-26-R-1001 - The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into up to three (3) Multiple Award IDIQ contracts with a maximum program total of up to $26.2 Million and the guaranteed minimum is $10,000 for each IDIQ contract issued. Once the maximum program ceiling is met there will be no further delivery orders issued. This requirement is for an up to 60 month lease of A3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as ?devices?) Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) ? Republic of Korea. Estimated number of devices: 2523. Specific details are found in sections II and III of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Attachments: 1 - Performance Work Statement; 2 - CLIN Structure; 3 - Performance Work Statement Compliance Form; 4 - Offeror Representations and Certifications; 5 - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan; 6 - Answers to Previously Posted RFIs; 7 - Question and Comment Form. Solicitation Release Date: 10/28/2025. Round 1 Questions Submissions Due: 11/04/2025 no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Solicitation Close Date: 12/02/2025 no later than 1:00 PM EST.
