This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.� � This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 / 10/01/2025.� � The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350, with a small business size standard of $11.5 Million Dollars.� � The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Fire Damper Inspections for the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA.� � All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than November 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.� � All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than November 21, 2023, at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time.� You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.� � SCHEDULE:� All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following:� VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services; the Contractor shall inspect the hospital fire dampers in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 90A, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 80 and National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 105. The contractor shall supply all labor, tools, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to complete the inspection of 163 dampers on the La Jolla Campus by December 31, 2025. VA San Diego Healthcare System will provide the previous inspection report. The Contractor shall submit C16 Fire Protection Contractor Certification, and asbestos & fit test certifications with proposal. See the attached Statement of Work for further details.
