Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: West Point Delineated Area: North: City limits of West Point, MS, East: City limits of West Point, MS, South: City limits of West Point, MS, West: City limits of West Point, MS Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,256 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,419 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,908 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Parking Spaces (Additional): 20 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 450 SF of Exterior Storage 1,000 SF of Secured Wareyard Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) flood plain.
