Description
MARKET SURVEY The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), FAA Logistics Center, is conducting this market survey to identify qualified sources capable of providing lead-based paint remediation services for a seventy-foot (70') lattice communications tower located within Coconino National Forest, Arizona, in support of the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist identified below. This market survey is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Proposal (RFP), or commitment by the Government to procure services. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time and will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. The purpose of this survey is to obtain statements of interest, capability information, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from firms capable of performing the services described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses will also assist the FAA in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including the potential for small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or SBA 8(a) set-asides. NAICS Code 237130 � Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction Requested Information, interested firms shall provide the following: Capability Statement, including: Experience performing lead-based paint remediation on communications towers or similar structures. Relevant contracts performed within the last five years, including customer, contract value, scope, and performance information. Experience performing similar work for federal, state, or local government agencies. Number of years in business. Confirmation of the firm's ability to perform the services described in the draft SOW. Confirmation of the firm's ability to perform work at the project location identified in the draft SOW. Description of the proposed execution approach (e.g., prime contractor performance, teaming arrangement, subcontracting strategy, etc.). A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or budgetary estimate for the required services. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on July 08, 2026.
