Update 1/26/2026 - Responses to questions received are provided in attachment "70RSAT26RFI000002 Q and C Responses". Update 1/15/2026 - RFI Amended to clarify Question 4 in the Information Request. The cover page is excluded from the page count limitations. Please see the attachment dated 01152026. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) requires professional scientific, technical and programmatic assistance services to support efforts in research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) to S&T. S&T�s programmatic portfolio requires scientific and technical (ST) support that can identify, apply and explore techniques across a full spectrum of scientific and technical disciplines. Such disciplines may include behavioral economics and social science; communications and network systems; cybersecurity; software development and quality assurance; data science and analytics; biometrics; identity access and management; modeling and simulation; artificial intelligence; machine learning; autonomous systems; explosives; engineering; physics; biology; virology; and chemistry.
