Description
TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT CONSTRUCTION MATOC FY26 The intent of this requirement is to award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contracts (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, and construction services in support of Tobyhanna army depot (TYAD) consisting of a five-calendar year ordering period. The total maximum ceiling amount is $200,000,000. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220, $45 million is the small business size standard. The government�s intent is to award a contract to all qualifying offerors. At the task order level, the contracting officer may set-aside an individual task order for other socio-economic programs. All task orders will be issued as a firm fixed price award and may require performance and payment bonds. The task orders in this contract may range from $25,000 to $10,000,000 but may be as large as $100,000,000 for one task order. The expected durations for these projects are 365 calendar days or less, however, the duration may also exceed 365 calendar days.
