NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST. The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to Data Monitor Systems, Incorporated, 316 S. Midwest Blvd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73110-4642. This will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. Data Monitor Systems, Incorporated, is the only known vendor that is capable of providing continued mission essential services for a short-term contract (NTE 6 months) without a break in service. A competitive solicitation is anticipated to follow this action. See synopsis/solicitation notice AFTCPZIOAMMOFY25SOCA for details. Acquisition of services will be to provide facility management services. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210 and the size standard is $47,000,000 million. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a capability statement detailing how all requirements can be met. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
