08/25/25 - Attached AMND #03 and attached questions/ answers. 08/22/25 - Site Visit Sign-In Sheet Posted. Drawings have been posted on SAM.gov and will be available to those that attended the site visit. Please request drawings through SAM.gov. Intent of this solicitation to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Archtitect and Engineering Service's at Federal Prison Industries (FPI)(UNICOR) 400 First Street NW Washington, DC 20534. FPI currently has three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight/service elevator. FPI is seeking an Architectural and Engineering firm to complete the modernization of all four elevators. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 541310 - Architectural Services. The size standard for 541310 - Architectural Services is $12.5M. ALL QUESTIONS/ANSWERS WILL BE POSTED AT WWW.SAM.GOV VIA AN AMENDMENT PRIOR TO BID CLOSING. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. PROJECT LOCATION IS AS FOLLOWS: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. 400 First Street NW Washington, DC 20534 SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY. The Mandatory Site visit has been scheduled for August 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST. Participants will meet at UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc.400 First Street NW, Washington DC 20534. The Contractor shall inspect the site where services are to be performed. This site review shall satisfy the Contractor's needto need to identify all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the contract. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for claims after contract award. No more than two (2 ) people per company may attend the site visit. Mandatory attendance is required for award. Any company associated to the Prime e.g. Subcontractor/Joint Venture/Teaming Agreement can attend and meet the mandatory attendance requirement. Company Name, Name of attendees, and phone number for attendees must be submitted to Deatrice.Luck@usdoj.gov by August 07, 2025 and 2:00 PM EST. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: You must present a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, passport, military ID, or other forms of government-issued photo identification. You must clear a metal detector. No parking is provided. Please allow an significant time to find parking and clear the check-in process. The date and time for receipt of proposals is August 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM EST. Offer must indicate Solicitation No.PRC0002-25, time specified for receipt of offer, name, address and telephone number of offeror, technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation, terms of any expressed warranty, price and any discount terms. Offer must include acknowledgment of all amendments, if any.
