Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for the lease of approximately 23,814 rentable square feet to be used as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Horizon City, Texas. The contemplated lease term consists of a 10-year firm term, 10-year soft term. Interested parties are advised to carefully review the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) document and all associated exhibits, which are available under the Documents tab. Proposals must be received no later than April 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (EST). Detailed instructions regarding proposal submission requirements and procedures are provided within the RLP.
