Description

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY), in support of U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) and USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19), are seeking interested contractors with Ship Repair and Maintenance, and execution experience to provide scheduled dry-docking maintenance availabilities. The following work will be performed aboard the vessel at U.S. Naval Installation Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Yokosuka, Japan; TGI#3819P56202/A03: Machine Staves for Lower Bearing of Rudder Stock at Steering Gear Room (5-137-0-E) and Underwater Hull Area, Frames between 140 and 145. Interested companies should respond to this notice by submitting, via email o the Contracting Officer (ai.gillard.ln@us.navy.mil) and Contract Specialist (takayo.shiba.ln@us.navy.mil) with the subject line "Sources Sought - USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19) Ship Repair and Maintenance" no later than 04 Nov 2025, 1000 Japan Standard Time (JST). Please see the attached TGIs. a. Company name, point of contact, telephone numbers, e-mail address, company Cage Code, and SAM Unique Entity ID. b. Capability Statement; Demonstrating their ability to perform the services described above. c. Clearly indicate whether your company intends to submit a proposal. If no, please explain why so the Government may evaluate mitigation factors for increasing competition.
