Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Dosimetry Badges and Services; Contractor to provide Badges and services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) (see attached Statement of Work). NCO 17 is seeking sources from businesses that can provide these services. Businesses that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Interested businesses must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Interested businesses must identify their business name, System for Award Management Unique Entity Identifier (SAM UEI), Type of Business (i.e. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Woman-Owned (WOSB), Large, etc.) and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if readily available) with their response. All eligible businesses able to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set-asides for the above-noted requirement.
