This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA465426R0002 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the repair and replacement of infrared heaters in Building 439 at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Line Item: CLIN 0001: Project CTGB 26-3101, REPAIR (REPLACE) INFRARED HEATERS, B439 Quantity: 1 Unit: Job Requirement Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to repair and replace the infrared heaters in Building 439 as indicated in the drawings and specifications. The work must be performed in compliance with all applicable regulations, including the elimination of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances. Delivery and Acceptance: Place: Grissom, ARB Indiana F.O.B. Point: Destination Performance Period: The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
