Amend 0001 is hereby issued to: 1. Incorporate required clauses. 2. Add period of performance. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with RFO 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
