Description
In accordance with 38 U.S.C � 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and personnel, and shall do all things necessary, that will result in the completion of the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Tier 2 constructions project, in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings and all pertinent solicitation documents. This project is located at: Chillicothe VAMC 17273 State Route 104 Chillicothe, Ohio 45601-5753 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. NAICS Code 236220 and PSC Code Y1DA - The PSC has been revised since the posting of the Pre-Solicitaiton. Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No. 14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442. PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any Post Award Conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements. Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the proposal. A site visit has been scheduled. Attending the site visit is not mandatory in order to submit a proposal for this project; please be sure to refer to information within this solicitation for further details. While attendance is not required, all potential offerors, subcontractors, and suppliers are strongly encouraged to attend this site visit.
