Description

This Request for Information (RFI), 15BNAS26RFI000015, is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The BOP is seeking information from vendors capable of providing instruction in Asphalt milling and paving practices, as part of a sustainability-training program. Successful completion of the training program must qualify adults in-custody (AIC) for at least entry-level employment in a specified field upon release. The Vocational Training Program must fall under the contractor�s umbrella of accreditation and lead to continuing education units (CEU�s) resulting in successful completion of the Vocational Training Program. A percentage of the curriculum�s competencies must be hands-on replication of the actual work environment. Application of hands-on work must be occupational in nature. The proposed acquisition is classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611519 � Other Technical and Trade Schools. Email attachments shall not exceed 12 MB. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. All submissions shall be sent via e-mail and attachments shall be provided in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). Questions will not be answered after COB Wednesday, May 19, 2026.
