Removed previous versions of RFI-CISP, SOW, Price proposal sheet. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03/11/2026: RFI-CISP document was added to attachments, which answers questions that have been received --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEE ATTACHED COMPLETE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND STATEMENT OF WORK Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to provide commercial high-speed fiber internet service to Westover ARB that will include either connecting to existing Charter Communications fiber feed which is currently terminated in Building 1800 (Demarcation) or provide a new fiber feed to Building 1800 (Demarcation) utilizing the Westover Manhole Duct System. Government will provide fiber connection from Building 1800 (Demarcation) to Building 1510 where Contractor will install Router/Gateway device and Firewall to provide high-speed fiber internet at Westover ARB. (See the attached SOW for additional details.) Acquisition: The government will issue a single award, Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated period of performance starting April 1, 2026 and ending March 30, 2031, base year plus 4 option year periods. Actions required by potential offerors: Complete and submit attachment "Price proposal sheet" Show ability to conform to the SOW (see attachments) 100%. Proof that offeror has completed Level 1 CMMC SAM Registration: Prior to supplying a proposal, interested offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms can register via the SAM internet web-site at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
