Description

This solicitation is established to announce an opportunity for snow removal services for the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, Bath VA Medical Center located in Bath, NY. Please refer to the attached solicitation for the detailed Performance Work Statement and instructions to offerors. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to julie.monaganbarnard@va.gov no later than November 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM EST. The offer submission due date and time is November 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM EST. Official quotes must be submitted electronically to julie.monaganbarnard@va.gov. This solicitation is a 100% set aside for SDVOSBs. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
