Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District is considering a requirement for Debris Removal. The Debris Removal Services are required to keep the federal navigable channels free of navigational hazards. This service is to remove the daily collected channel de-bris from the Baltimore Harbor and the Ft. McHenry Drift site.
