Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract extension and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source modification to N00024-20-C-5503 to Lockheed Martin (LM), 497 Electronics Pkwy, Liverpool, NY 13088, for the FY25-FY26 requirement for the production and testing of various configurations of SEWIP AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare (EW) subsystem and spares. The proposed contract action will contain fixed-price contract line items. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). LM is the only vendor qualified and capable of meeting the Navy�s FY26 schedule requirements for complete SEWIP Block 2 EW subsystems and spares. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact LM directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
