Description

Subject: F108 Modules Pre-RFP Virtual Industry Conference Announcement The United States Air Force (USAF) will host a Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) Virtual Industry Conference for the F108 Low Pressure Turbine (LPT) Modules Remanufacturing effort on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). This conference aims to: � Clarify the anticipated technical requirements. � Explain the new contract structure. � Improve the quality and speed of solicitation responses. The Government will present information regarding the consolidated F108 LPT Module 13/15 and F108 LPT Module 14 remanufacturing efforts for both the USAF and US Navy (USN). Presentations will cover the combined requirements Statement of Work, differing technical specifications, anticipated quantities per module required by each branch of service (to aid in workload estimation for the 5-year period), the anticipated contract CLIN structure, pricing structure, and estimated acquisition timeline. A draft solicitation will be provided to registered attendees prior to the conference for review. Industry is encouraged to review the draft solicitation and submit any questions, concerns, or comments to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) and Contract Specialist (CS) listed below. Due to the virtual format, attendance is unlimited. However, registration for the conference is required to receive dial-in details and draft RFP/documents, facilitate connectivity planning, and ensure appropriate security measures.
