Description
This item describes the requirement to clean and disinfect the HVAC ducting and registers in building 570 at Naval Base Point Loma. **Site visit will be on Monday, June 15th @1000 PST. Contractors are required to fill out form 5512 and Installation Master Excel template found in the attachments section. If you would like to attend the site visit, please fill out the required forms and return to me NLT COB Thursday June 11, 2026.** AMENDMENT 0001 Pre-bid questions are due to me NLT 1100 PST on June 22, 2026. Q&A excel template is attached. Please use this to submit your questions to me. Quote deadline is extended to June 29, 2026 at 1100 PST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
