Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with FAR 5.2, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, two-year purchase order to Bloomberg Financial L.P. for Anywhere Licenses and Open Terminal Subscription. This contract includes one 12-month base year and one 12-month option years. The procurement falls under NAICS Code 519290. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as outlined in FAR 13.501(a), which allows for sole source procurement when only one responsible source can meet the agency's requirements. Please note, this notification is not a formal solicitation. However, interested and responsible parties are invited to submit a capability statement for consideration, which may influence the decision to pursue competitive procurement in the future. Responses to this notice must provide clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government. The decision to not compete this procurement is solely at the Government's discretion. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by interested parties in providing information.
