Description
The Government requests competitive quotes for repair by replacement of an existing 30-ton gas/electric rooftop HVAC unit serving the Visitor Center (VC) at SAMA located at 2 New Liberty Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision/quality control, and project management necessary to complete the work as detailed in the Scope of Work. Site Visit: The clause 52.237-1 Site Visit will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. An organized site visit has been scheduled for January 15, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. Interested parties shall meet at the Salem Maritime National Historical Park Visitor Center, 2 New Liberty Street, Salem, MA 01970
