AMENDMENT 0004: Due to a system error, the purpose of Amendment 0004 is to update CLIN descriptions for CLINs 0002, 0004, 0007, and 0009. CLIN Structure Breakdown is being attached for clarification purposes. All other conditions remain the same. AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update CLIN descriptions for CLINs 0002, 0004, 0007, and 0009. All other conditions remain the same. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
