INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) 8(A) SOLE SOURCE SET-ASIDE FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AT NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY.
