Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 **This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only** Supply requirement with Installation to Bldg. 101 Mixing Valve Replacements, VA Palo Alto Medical Center, Palo Alto, CA This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 30, 2026. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This supply with incidental installation requirement will be solicited as a total set-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractors and will be evaluated for price only. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19 Million. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.Rovner@va.gov and cc: Charee.harris@va.gov . Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor for the Bldg. 101 Mixing Valve Replacements requirement in accordance with the SOW and Specifications located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304-1207.
