Description
The Department of Education - Federal Student Aid is seeking a conference/meeting space and associated support services to conduct an in-person Hiring Event in July 2026. This hiring event will provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to engage with hiring officials, participate in informational sessions, and complete structured panel interviews in support of workforce planning and staffing priorities. Venue shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, and management necessary to provide meeting rooms, audiovisual support, logistics coordination, furniture setup, internet connectivity, and janitorial services. The period of performance is July 21, 2026, to July 22, 2026. Target event dates: July 21-22, 2026 The place of performance must be an ADA compliant venue in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia that is within five-to-ten minute walking distance to the Metro. This requirement is competed as a Simplified Acquisition using a Best Value approach. Contract type: Firm?fixed?price. Questions for this solitiation are due no later than Monday June 22, 2026 at 10:00 am EST.
