SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipate a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 561612- Security Guards and Patrol Services. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $29,000,000. The Product Service Code is R430 - SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: PHYSICAL SECURITY AND BADGING. Market research is being conducted to determine capability and pricing models for on-call and intermittent security escort services. This RFI is issued for the purpose of surveying industry on contract types and commercial pricing models for escorting individuals without a security clearance in a secure government facility. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description on pricing models for on-call security escorts and intermittent services. Pricing and Staffing: Please provide a notional pricing structure for the services described. This could include hourly rates for different personnel types, as well as any other fees or charges. Describe your proposed staffing model for a contract of this nature. Please include any recommendations on shift schedules, supervision, and management. Please send your information to michelle.l.myles-wilson.civ@army.mil, Titled "RFI_INSCOM Access Control Officers and Escort Services". Future information about this acquisition, including issuance of a solicitation and/or applicable amendments, will be issued through SAM.gov.
