Description

DHS must continue operating and maintaining the current ECFS using a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. ECFS utilizes the Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) eCase Audit & Investigations Case Management Suite (currently eCase version 11.2) hosted in the OPEXUS, formally AINS, private cloud. The BPA will cover ECFS licenses as well as services for project management, system operation and maintenance including cybersecurity, help desk support, training, and data migration to facilitate the transition to a subsequent electronic contract filing solution.
