Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This IS NOT a solicitation or request for quotes and NO contract will be awarded from this notice. The specifications for this requirement are listed below. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Carderock has a requirement for contractor services to design and deliver a comprehensive training program. This program shall equip designated government teams with the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary to conduct qualitative data analysis and translate findings into compelling impact narratives. The service portion includes the development of a curriculum, facilitation of virtual workshops, and an in-person capstone event. The goal is to enhance skills in qualitative data collection, analysis, and narrative storytelling to better articulate the value and impact of NSWC initiatives. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a detailed description of the requirement. Please provide a response demonstrating your company�s experience in performing similar work. Please indicate your capability of providing the services listed in the PWS, particularly the special qualifications outlined in PWS Section 4.0. This procurement will be solicited under NAICS Code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, which has a size standard of $15 Million. Results of this sources sought notice will determine the socio-economic category for set-aside.
