Description

SOURCES SOUGHT Durham VA Health Care System Dental Clinic The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to lease a minimum of 11,650 contiguous usable square feet (12,232 rentable square feet) of clinical space for a standalone dental clinic in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. The space must be suitable for use by the VA, accommodating personnel, furnishings, and equipment necessary for the operation of a standalone dental clinic. The design should prioritize the co-location of staff to optimize service delivery to our patients. Additionally, the facility must include a minimum of 60 reserved parking spaces for Veterans and VA personnel. The space must be a contiguous office area in a professional and aesthetically pleasing building. The space offered should be within a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either newly constructed, modernized, or recently restored or rehabilitated for the intended use. The location should be in prime commercial office space with attractive, professional surroundings, accessible to public transportation, and with well-maintained streets and public walkways. The VA seeks a lease term of 20 years total, consisting of a 10-years firm term and two 5-year soft terms, with 90-day termination rights. To be considered, submitted properties must be located within the following area: North: Northern Wake Express Way, South: Highway 50, West: Interstate 40, East: Highway 540. Properties facing any of these boundaries are also acceptable. Interested offerors must submit the address, property description, available square footage, available parking, and photographs. A map demonstrating that the proposed property is within the delineated area is required.
