This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 24361819Q0040 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, June 5, 2019. There is no set-aside. This solicitation is being posted Unrestricted. The NAICS code applicable is 518210, and the small business size standard is $32.5million. The Office of Personnel Management is requesting quotes for National Change of Address (NCOA) processing services for a one-year base period of performance plus four 12-month option periods. Services delivered are to be as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
