Submissions must be emailed no later than 10:00 AM EST on March 13, 2026, to both Contract Specialist Mikayla Shanholtzer at Mikayla.B.Shanholtzer@usace.army.mil and Contracting Officer Peter Smith at Peter.S.Smith@usace.army.mil.
