Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0075 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Roadside Brushing and Log Out Umpqua NF. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Roadside Brushing and Logging out to the Umpqua National Forest. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Interested parties are highly encouraged to visit the site(s) before submitting an offer. See Schedule of Items and Performance Work Statement This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is 45 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This work includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to provide roadside brushing and logout services. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS), and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
