Amendment 0001 to 36C10F26R0001 Request for SF330s, No. 36C10F26R0001 Multiple Award Task Order A-E IDIQ Contracts for VA Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), VA National Cemetery Projects throughout the United States and its territories THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NO SEPARATE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PACKAGE TO DOWNLOAD. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR STANDARD FORM (SF) 330 ARCHITECT-ENGINEER QUALIFICATION PACKAGES ONLY. ALL INFORMATION NEEDED TO SUBMIT SF 330 DOCUMENTS IS CONTAINED HEREIN. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, OR BIDDER/PLAN HOLDER LIST WILL BE ISSUED. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY NOR REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS REQUEST. THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This is phase 1 of the AE process. There are no clauses or provisions in the first phase that requests the AE qualifications via SF 330s and past performance. The evaluation identifies the most highly qualified AE firms. Those highly qualified firms are the only firms that will receive the 2nd phase solicitation that includes the provisions and clauses, and the section for labor rates.
