Description
This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number FA850126Q0044 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement, delivery, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of a Kantech Access Control System, or Equal supporting four (4) secure doors at the Spectrum Warfare Building, Robins Air Force Base. This includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, cabling infrastructure, controllers, software, server components, and associated hardware required to provide a fully operational access control system. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Spectrum Warfare Group will accommodate site visits on 16 June 2026 at 10:00 am. To schedule a site visit, prospective vendors must contact a Government Representative, Mike Broughton at 605-877-1018. This is an amendment to the Solicitation to add Wage Determination, 2051N Entry Conrol Points, and ECP 1-4. Please note that the previous Solicitation document has been removed to attach the Solicitation with the attachments mentioned.
