This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services- FAR Overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The CSS number is 36C25626Q0965. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Courier Services located at the Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 E. Stoner Ave, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 and the CBOCs. The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns.
