Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) 19AS2026Q0014 Site Restoration for U.S. Embassy Canberra, Australia. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. February 19, 2026 Modification: Scope of Work Modification: To add curb replacement to the Scope of Work in conjunction with the asphalt replacement works. Schedule Change: To reschedule the Pre-Proposal Conference from Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. AEST. March 11, 2026 Modification Questions and answers from site visit attached.
