Description

The purpose of this task order is to conduct oversight of the Potentially Responsible Parties' (PRPs) Remedial Design (RD) for Operable Unit 4 at the Newtown Creek Superfund Site. This oversight ensures that the RD protects public health and the environment and complies with the Record of Decision (ROD) and Administrative Order on Consent (AOC), in accordance with CERCLA. The task involves observing and documenting the PRPs' compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and performance standards.
