Amendment 0001 � Extension of Response Deadline The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline for this Sources Sought Notice. The response due date is hereby extended from April 23, 2026, 5:00 PM EST to April 29, 2026, 5:00 PM EST All other terms and conditions of the original Sources Sought Notice remain unchanged. Sources Sought Notice for Immunization Coverage Reporting & GPRA Optimization See attached Sources Sought Notice Reponses must be submitted via email to cynthia.cason@ihs.gov and include "Immunization Coverage - Your Company Name" in the subject of the email.
