When the solicitation is posted on SAM.gov for this requirement, the site visit information will be included in there. ----------------------------------------------------- 1) Point of contact: Eric Grande, 731 McClellan Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027 Contracting Officer: Robert Parvin, robert.m.parvin.civ@army.mil (2) Set-asides: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) (3) Codes for services or supplies: PSC: Z1NZ - Maintenance of Other Utilities NAICS: 561790 � Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings (4) Description: (i) The scope of this requirement is to conduct HVAC Ventilation and Duct Cleaning for multiple buildings on Fort Leavenworth, KS (as needed) to include the Army Corrections Brigade. (ii) The contract type is anticipated to be Firm-Fixed Price FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The projected award date is July 1, 2026. An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made to them. If a company is not registered in SAM, they must do so by going to SAM web site (https://www.sam.gov) and registering prior to submission of a proposal. This requirement is being advertised as �Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).�
