Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide facility management services and facility investment services for facilities, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, electrical, and installed equipment and systems at USNO, Washington, District of Columbia (DC). More details can be found in the attached solicitation documents. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to include the missing attachment titled Past Performance Questionnaire. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the due date of the proposal to August 5th, 2025. Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide information and documents for the upcoming site visit that will take place on July 22nd, 2025. Also included is the SF30 of Amendment 0002 that was not included in the last amendment. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to include questions and answers for the additional RFIs that originally closed on June 20th, include information from the Site Visit that took place on July 22nd, include updated versions of the PWS documents, and extend the proposal due date to August 12th, 2025.
