THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING SPECIALIST, LLC FOR AN AGGREGATE OF $53,112.48 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. THE STATEMENT OF WORK WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Non-personal janitorial services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Grand Rapids, Michigan (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0207 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of janitorial services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Option Period 4 for a twelve month period 06/01/2030 through 05/31/2031. The Base Period start date is an estimate. If there is a significant delay in awarding this contract, a shortened base period of performance may be utilized or an updated quote may be requested with a new 12-month base year and corresponding option years.
