Description
The 81st Training Wing (81 TRW), the 403d Air Reserve Wing (403 WG) is seeking Airfield Management Services (AMS) on a non-personal services basis to provide professional, safe, and effective AMS. AMS services during 403 WG flying hours and after duty hours in support of, but not limited to, base assigned/transient military aircraft, distinguished visitors (DVs) aircraft flights, emergency medical aircraft, weather diverted civilian commuters, as required, and contingency aircraft dispersal. The period of performance is 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 with four one-year option periods. The Option to Extend Services clause (FAR 52.217-8) for an additional 6-months will also be included in the contract if the need arises to extend the period of performance. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119 (Other Airport Operations) and the size standard is $40.0M. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are attached. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for quotes. Any interested party may submit a quote which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers are indicated within the solicitation package. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date. A site visit is planned.
