This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the requirements listed below. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Original Equipment Manufacturer: RAYTHEON COMPANY CAGE Code: 05716 350 LOWELL ST ANDOVER, MA, 01810-4400 Background: This effort is for the acquisition of services necessary to execute all requirements for Depot Level Diagnostics and Repair, to the United States (US) Government for the PATRIOT Weapon System Assemblies and Subassemblies. Additionally, this effort also supports the acquisition of services necessary to execute requirement for Contractor depot-level diagnostics and repair/recertification/upgrade of US Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) managed assemblies and subassemblies of the PATRIOT system for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Support for these efforts includes, but are not limited to: a. Repair, Recertification and Return b. Inspection, Diagnostic, Repair and Return The proposed performance period for this action is five (5) base years with one 5-year option period, from 31 November 2025 � 31 November 2035.
