Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service 4NV0185 VBA Las Vegas, NV U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: Las Vegas Delineated Area: North: Highway 215 East: FWY 15 to N Lamb Blvd to Las Vegas Blvd to N Nellis Blvd South: Highway 574 West: FWY 11 / Highway 95 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,633 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,396 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 unsecured, reserved Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered Space: Must be contiguous space on the first floor of the building Operating hours 7:30 AM � 5:30 PM M-F Shall not be mixed use (commercial / residential) Shall not be located immediately adjacent to railroad tracks Shall not be located adjacent to industrial or manufacturing zones or complexes Route from primary or secondary street shall be direct and within � mile of the building. Sites located on high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare must have traffic signals within two blocks. Sites which are located directly on or near a roadway which presents a hazard will not be considered. Shall not be located within � mile walkable distance to bars, nightclubs, liquor stores, dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors, or other businesses that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
