AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to issue a revised Attachment 2 � Quote Schedule. All CLINs related to the 6-month Option to Extend Services (FAR 52.217-8) have been deleted from the Quote Schedule. Quoters shall not propose separate pricing for this extension. The Government will evaluate the 6-month extension in accordance with Attachment 5-52.212-2, Evaluation Addendum ***Action Required: Quoters must use Attachment 2 � Quote Schedule (Revised 03 June 2026) when submitting their pricing packages.*** ***All other terms, conditions, and deadlines remain unchanged.*** AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to solicitation FA449726Q0031 is to add the following document to the solicitation package: Attachment 7 � DAF COMPASS Clauses This attachment includes mandatory DAF Compass clauses regarding: Ombudsman Health and Safety on Government Installations Common Access Cards (CAC) for Contractor Personnel ***All other terms, conditions, and deadlines remain unchanged.*** The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE) requires a contractor to provide all labor, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to provide a service program to control corrosion, slime and algae in the condensers and service the thermal ice storage systems, closed loop heating and cooling systems, gas-fired heating hot water systems and water softeners at Dover AFB, DE, as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 238220 and the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $19,000,000.00. 4. The Provisions and clauses listed within this document and Attachment 3- Provisions and Clauses apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through internet access athttps://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. *** This is a FY27 requirement. Funds are currently not available for this action but will be made available upon the start of the new fiscal year.*** Questions: Questions may be submitted no later than the specified date and time 10 June, 2026.
