Description
This Pre-Solicitation Notice has been cancelled in its entirety. It is intended for a similar requirement to be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) on GSA Federal Supply Schedule 871-1, Professional Engineering Services (PES) by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Golden Field Office (GFO) in support of the office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE). This requirement is intended to be set-aside for SBA Certified 8(a) firms in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.4, Federal Supply Schedules and to be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, Engineering Services with a size standard of $35.5M.
