Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Government may award a Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant Purchase Order will be firm fixed price for the Contractor to carry out America250 fireworks display and reception on July 4, 2026, for the U.S. Consulate Nagoya. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your quote prior to the response date and time. Please ensure your email with your quote does not exceed 15MB, if it does then you might have to send more than one email.
