Under this notice, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of �COMMUNICATION SKILLS WORKSHOP GREAT LAKES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM � TIER II.� COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION.
